Election meeting for equity certificates holders in Sparebanken Vest
The election meeting for the equity certificate hoders was held on 25 January 2023. 3 representatives were elected to the General Meeting for 3 years, for the period January 2023 until January 2026.
The provisions concerning equity certificate holders’s representation in the bank’s General Meeting are found in Articles 3-2 og 3-7 of the bank’s Articles of Association.
The Nomination Committee’s recommendation was sent to all equity certificate holders prior to the election meeting.
